The Premier League: "We have lots of issues"—Amorim forecasts Man City against United

According to Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim, Manchester City are in a "better place" than United in the derby that takes place on Sunday.

Coming into the game, Pep Guardiola's squad has dropped seven of their previous ten matches. 

The reigning Premier League champions have lost their previous ten games, with Wednesday's 2-0 Champions League loss to Juventus being the most recent.

However, United rallied from behind to beat FC Viktoria Plzen 2-1 in Thursday's Europa League match.

Amorim thinks City have a better chance of winning at Etihad Stadium, despite their recent troubles.

"The best teams have the ability to react quickly, and I believe they have a deeper grasp of the game, a more polished style of play, and more self-assurance than us," Amorim stated.

We still have a lot of room for improvement as a team, even in trying times like these. 

I am more concerned with our problems, but we will confront a formidable opponent.
