The Enyimba soccer team has arrived in Bamako, Mali, to face Etoile Filante of Burkina Faso in the second preliminary round of the CAF Confederation Cup.
On Thursday night, the team and its officials arrived at BKO, Modibo Keita International Airport.
On their X account, Enyimba confirmed the arrival of the team.
"Bamako, touch down." After the squad arrived, Enyimba wrote.
A modest workout is scheduled for later today for the two-time CAF Champions League winner.
Since the Mamadou Konatè Stadium was not CAF-approved, the Burkinabe team played their matches there instead.
In the first round, Enyimba were put to a draw.
