Adele says, "I need rest," as she plays music less frequently

Adele, a world-renowned British singer, has taken a career break.

As she told her Munich audience on Saturday that she needs "a rest," the 16-time Grammy winner broke the news.

She went on to say that after seven years of hard work, she finally deserved to reap the rewards.

I simply need to take a break; it has been incredible. She finally spoke up about her desire to live out the life she had spent the last seven years creating.

Adele recently announced her engagement to American boyfriend Rich Paul, as reported by FGNEWSBLOG.

During a concert in Munich, Germany on August 9, the 'Hello' singer announced her engagement.
